March for Truth and Transparency

Date:
Saturday, May 13, 2017 - 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Long Island Action

On MAY 13th, we march to DEMAND an independent Russian ties investigation of #45 and other member of his inner circle.
We are march against propaganda, lies, and inciting of violence by #45 by spreading these lies and propaganda to lesson the "impact" of his Russian ties and (hopeful) Treason investigation, the lies about the wall and the racism being incited, the lies about our Muslim brothers and sisters, etc- to his core base.
At a time when journalism is called "Fake News" in attempts to delegitimze our Press and exclude them from the conversation in an attempt to turn nearly half the nation against the truth, we are precariously on the ledge of the rabbit hole to full blown fascism.

These are dangerous times, and without a free press able to report truth to us, even a facade of a Democratic Republic is gone.
Please join us.

From 12 to 1 we will be listening to speakiers in Bryant Park, as well as a musical performance. We are honored that Congressman Paul Tonko is one of our speakers!

At 1 p.m. we march! Please see map below (in the discussion) for exact route.

The march will wind back to Bryant Park at approximately 2:30 with closing speeches.

I can use ALL of your help contacting press to cover the event, doing live video feeds, working on a particular vignette or song that you've come up with~! Let's make this exciting.
Inviting http://www.davidmoriya.com and our other awesome photographers back, as well as #GetorganziedBK and #OurFlag and even Bus For Progress. Let's make it work this time!
